Using the service

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use the service responsibly. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

AI-generated content

DirectX AI generates responses using third-party AI models provided through Groq, and may use Tavily to search the web for current information. Responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review important information independently before relying on it.

Third-party services

To answer you, the messages and any files or images you attach are sent to Groq (AI model processing), and your message may be sent to Tavily (web search). These providers handle that data under their own terms and privacy policies. Do not submit information you are not permitted to share, or sensitive personal data you do not want processed by these services.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit malicious content.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
