These Terms of Service describe the agreement between you and DirectX AI when you use our application, account features, and AI workspace.

Service scope

DirectX AI provides an interface for interacting with selected AI models, saving conversations, and managing workspace preferences. Features may vary by model, account, location, or availability.

Your content

You retain responsibility for the prompts, files, and other content you submit. You grant us permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party providers

Some features rely on Google, Mistral, Firebase, Render, and other third-party providers. Their services may have separate terms, limits, and privacy practices.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, DirectX AI is not responsible for indirect losses or decisions made solely from AI-generated output.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse. You may stop using the service at any time.
